You have a legal right to cancel and return the goods any time within seven working days of the goods being dispatched, not including weekends or bank holidays, the return postage will by borne by you the customer and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods, minus the postage, providing they are not opened and the seal is intact. Orders received before 4pm are normally sent out the same day using Royal Mail, First Class mail. Overseas orders by Air Mail (Royal mail or Parcel Force World Wide) or whatever option you select for mailing.
